Management Responsibility:

GTI management team makes every reasonable effort to provide and maintain a safe & healthy workplace by implementing the specialty “hands on” training needed for our employees and supplying the correct tools/machinery for them to work safely.

Supervisor Responsibility:

GTI Safety Director and Supervisors have the full support of management to carry out all provisions of the Safety Program. All supervisors have the duty and responsibility to implement the safety program and act as competent personnel, provide safety training, identify and correct unsafe conditions, monitor employee behavior to identify unsafe acts and take corrective action.

Employee Responsibility:

At GTI we hold our employees accountable, and expect them to operate and respect workplace safety.

ALL employees have the responsibility to follow all posted, written and spoken safety rules.

ALL employees have a duty to know and understand the safety rules of their job and a requirement to immediately report unsafe conditions to Supervisors.

ALL employees are thoroughly reviewed and held accountable for safety and performance..
